Sheila, hailing from a Vedic lineage, established her residence in the UK two decades ago after departing from Mauritius. Donna, with over 20 years of dedicated exploration into her own spiritual odyssey, complements Sheila's expertise. Together, these distinguished practitioners have engaged in extensive study of various healing techniques, seamlessly integrating Meditation, Reiki, Shamanic healing, Crystal therapy, and Mantra therapy with the profound insights of Vedic philosophy. Both Sheila and Donna have attained the level of Reiki Master, hold a Diploma in meditation teaching from the British School of Meditation, and are certified Sanskrit Mantra Therapists.
